Perfect location and delightful service

My stay was truly enjoyable, with the Colosseum just a two-minute walk away, making it super easy to explore the ancient sites of Rome. Anna was the highlight of my experience, making delicious cappuccinos every morning and providing helpful insights about the area. The room had a cozy vibe, although the stairs can feel daunting with luggage, so pack light. I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the breakfast options after a few days.

Upon arrival, I had to drag my luggage up five steps followed by a daunting flight of stairs, with no elevator in sight. Additionally, no staff were present during check-in, which left me feeling abandoned and frustrated. When I eventually got to my room, I struggled with inadequate air conditioning that failed to cool the space, ruining my comfort during the hot nights.

Just a good pick for strolling in Rome with attractive and competitive value for money. They allowed us to check in early, which was super convenient. Always ask for early check-in to make the most of your stay.

The lack of clear check-in instructions was frustrating!!! A locked entrance with no receptionist made entry difficult!!! Better communication about shuttle services would prevent guest frustration!!!

the basic amenities are there, but did anyone bother to clean the room? dirty towels, walls with stains, an absolute joke. after all the trouble getting here, you’d think we’d get a complimentary bottle of wine or something, but no. just more disappointment. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Everything about the place was fantastic! I loved relaxing in the cozy common area with my friends after a day of exploring and enjoyed the lovely terrace. Just a heads-up, the stairs can be a bit much when bringing up luggage, but it’s totally worth it! 😊
